CSV import, Mailchimp, and changelog
We've been busy this month! We released our big Google Apps integration, and we're already getting some terrific feedback. We've also rolled out some other equally great features that deserve a share of the spotlight.
CSV import
This has been our most-requested feature for several months, and we took the time to do it right. You can upload a CSV file (i.e. from Excel, Google Spreadsheet, or another CRM), then map the columns to Nutshell. A clean UI with live preview makes this a smooth experience.
Import legacy IDs to maintain relationships and map all of your old data to custom fields. Nutshell can also create new or pending leads for each import, and attempts to match existing accounts.
MailChimp integration
We'll be publishing full documentation on this soon, but we were really excited to ship this to our users. Stay tuned for the full screencast. There are three ways we work with MailChimp:
- Export large groups of contacts to MailChimp lists
- View MailChimp click & open events in Nutshell timelines
- Add a contact to a MailChimp autoresponder upon completion of a step
Public changelog
Check out our new public changelog which is updated every time we release updates. It's a great way to get an idea of the velocity at which Nutshell is moving forward.
Unified integrations panel
With all of our new third-party integrations, we've streamlined and unified the integration panel, to make it easier to connect Nutshell with other modern web services.
Stay tuned for more updates, including some information from our mobile team, which is hard at work on the Android app!
