LinkedIn integration
See Nutshell’s LinkedIn integrationWe’re thrilled to announce our new, powerful integration with LinkedIn. This connection between Nutshell CRM and LinkedIn allows you to find and view LinkedIn profiles for your customers, without leaving the Nutshell contact dialog.
The first time you open the LinkedIn tab, you will be prompted to connect. Once you've associated Nutshell with your LinkedIn account, you'll remain connected.
Click the LinkedIn tab to automatically search for the contact's profile. If Nutshell finds a close match, it will display it immediately. If not, you'll see a list of potential profiles to choose from. If Nutshell made the wrong connection, you can click "Not the right...?" link to show other profiles.
Once you've matched a LinkedIn profile to a contact, the icon will remain blue in the future, to show you that the contact has been matched.
The LinkedIn profile shows as much information as possible, based on the contact's privacy settings and your own relationship with them. LinkedIn's terms of service currently prevent us from importing data from their profiles into Nutshell.
