Hide data from some users

You can configure Nutshell so that certain leads, accounts and contacts are hidden from specified users. Users can be added to a team and given rights to view all data, see all data in the team, or only see their data

To use this feature, add your restricted users to a new team. You can choose from three different default permissions for new team members:

• User can view all data
• User can see all data in their team
• User can see only their leads, accounts, and contacts

To edit an existing user's access, you can drag and drop that user into one of the three permission tiers.

Note that restricted users will only have access to the sales analytics reports, and they will not be able to search for data that they can't see.
