BCC your emails into Nutshell
Nutshell lets you forward and BCC emails to a simple address. The message attached to all the right places automatically.
When emailing a contact or account, just BCC the message to bcc@nutshell.com. We'll connect the message directly to the contact, and to any open leads with them.
If you're emailing a colleague internally regarding a lead, just include something like "lead 1234" in the subject, and BCC to the same address. The email will appear in the lead's timeline.
If you want to track an incoming message you receive from a contact, you can forward it to bcc@nutshell.com and Nutshell will interpret it as a forward message and decode it correctly.

Sending from additional addresses
Note that for the BCC feature to work, Nutshell must know about all of the email addresses that you send from. By default, this includes the email address you use to log in to Nutshell. If you send from other addresses, you can add those addresses as aliases to your account. To do this, visit the Your account page (the link is at the top right), and at them to the Emails fields.

If you send from many email addresses at a domain, contact us and we can attach your entire domain to your account.
