Closing a lead
In Nutshell, you can close a lead with three statuses: won, lost, and cancelled.
For better reporting, you can set up different outcomes for lost and cancelled leads. For example, you may want to track leads that were lost to a competitor, versus leads lost because of inadequate budget.

Winning a lead
When you click "Won," you'll be presented with a dialog to confirm and finalize the pricing on the products. After a lead has been won, its value will be added to the Your Sales chart in your dashboard, and will be moved from Pipeline to Sales to Date in your forecast reports.
Losing or canceling a lead
When you click "Lost," you'll be presented with a dialog to confirm and an opportunity to choose which competitors snagged the lead from you.
