Deleting accounts & contacts
When you delete a contact or account, Nutshell will hide it from searches. If it was attached to any old leads, you’ll still have the information if you need it.
To delete a contact or account, open their popup dialog. The delete link is at the bottom left of the popup. After confirming, the item will be deleted.
If you have an entire set of accounts or contacts that you have imported through our import tool, you can revert the upload in its entirety from the import page. If you go to Setup, click on Import and select the Complete link for the import you wish to remove, you'll see a button to Revert this import.
