Nutshell process managementProcess management is at the heart of Nutshell. Use it to keep your leads on a consistent path to a successful sale. Your sales process should tell your reps what to do, and when to do it.

Milestones

Processes consist of steps, separated by milestones. You can configure the names of your milestones in Nutshell setup. Reports can be generated to split up leads by their current milestones. Since a lead doesn't advance until all steps in the milestone are completed, you have more precisely-defined stages.

Build your own process

Nutshell comes with a simple sales process pre-configured, but it will be most useful if you create your own process, with schedules and directives best suited for your own business.
