Initial account configuration and team training calls with your Nutshell Onboarding Advisor must take place within 60 days of becoming a Nutshell customer and can be up to 1 hour per call.
Customer is responsible for embedding the following on their website: Nutshell Analytics script, Web Chat script, and Nutshell forms script(s).
We understand that once your team has had a chance to use Nutshell in their day-to-day for a few weeks, there might be some adjustments that need to be made to how the account is configured.
The 30-day post onboarding check-in is an opportunity for your Nutshell Onboarding Advisor to consult on any final fine-tuning you want to do in your account to set your team up for success.
Your quarterly scheduled call allows you to connect with your Nutshell Advisor throughout the year to discuss your team’s experience with Nutshell, the existing features that have been a valuable addition to your team’s operations, new features that you are interested in learning more about, and overall best practices for getting the most out of your Nutshell account.
1 scheduled call per quarter with your Nutshell Advisor. Unused ongoing quarterly calls do not roll over to the next quarter.
We completely understand that questions might come up outside of the quarterly call with your Nutshell Advisor as your team continues to use Nutshell. For this reason, we have an excellent Support Team that is ready to help you out!

Your Nutshell Advisor is not available for everyday support needs and requests. Please use our Support Team for when these cases arise.
