We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus direct bank transfers (ACH) for US-based bank accounts. We don’t currently accept PayPal, checks, or wire transfers. You can update your payment method anytime in your billing settings. You can try Nutshell for free without providing any payment information.
Nope! What you see is what you get. There are no setup fees, implementation costs, or surprise charges. Your Sales, Marketing, and Engagement plan prices are clearly displayed. Optional add-ons like email marketing (priced per contact) and SMS (priced per message) have straightforward pricing you can see before you buy.
Email marketing is priced based on your number of marketing contacts. A marketing contact is a person in Nutshell that has at least one email address and hasn’t unsubscribed from your communications or bounced from previous outreach.
You can send up to 8x your contact limit monthly. For example, 1,000 contacts costs $25/month and includes 8,000 email sends. Get 150 free sends each month to try it out.
Your trial ends automatically with no charges—we never ask for a credit card upfront. If you’d like to continue using Nutshell, simply choose a plan and add your payment info. We’ll help you transition smoothly and keep all your data intact.
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, add users, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle (annual or monthly), and you’ll have access through the end of your current period. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts—your team’s flexibility matters.
Nope! Nutshell comes standard with unlimited CRM contacts and no data limits. Email marketing subscriptions require an additional monthly charge based on your number of marketable contacts. Foundation does have a limit of 100 open leads.
