Each agent specializes in a specific revenue-driving task and references your existing Nutshell data to provide you with tailored and actionable results and solutions that align with your business processes and needs.
How Nutshell’s AI Agents work
No matter where you’re working in Nutshell, you can quickly open your AI Agents sidebar for help through the AI Agents robot icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. You’ll also have the freedom to continue working in different sections of the Nutshell app while you chat to your agent.
Simply ask the AI agent a specific question or use one of the handy one-click starter prompts the agent provides to get the conversation going.
What types of AI Agents will you have access to? You’ll be able to select one of the following AI Agents in Nutshell to streamline your workflows:

How can I access AI Agents in Nutshell?
The AI Agents feature is available to users on any Nutshell plan on a per-conversation basis using credits from your AI credit pool, the value of which depends on your chosen plan and the number of users.
Credits are only used when you reset a chat or let it time out, and you’ll always see how many chats you have left at the bottom of your AI Agents sidebar.
