Not at all. Email and calendar sync with Office 365 are included with every Nutshell plan at no extra charge. You won’t pay anything extra to connect Nutshell with your Microsoft Office 365 account.

You can sync both. Nutshell lets you synchronize your Office 365 email and calendar separately or together. Activities you create in Nutshell automatically appear in your Office 365 calendar, and vice versa for forward-going events.

What data syncs between Nutshell and Microsoft Office 365?
Calendar data syncs include: all-day flag, date and time, location, and participants. For email, your sent and received messages from Office 365 sync to Nutshell based on your sync settings. Initial sync brings your last 45 days of email.
