What are Smart nudges?
Nutshell’s AI learns from your web page’s content and suggests 3 “starter” questions to help visitors “know what to ask” and to “nudge” them to interact with your Chat widget.
What is the Engagement bar?
The Engagement bar is a short list of “Calls to action” (CTAs) that appear on the bottom of the Chat widget. Options include: Chat, Book, Email, Text (SMS), Call and Quote. These front-and-center CTAs allow your web visitors to get their information or contact you their preferred way with minimal friction.
