Microsoft Exchange is for on-premises email servers and sends emails from Nutshell using your company domain. Microsoft Outlook integration works with Office 365 accounts and lets you view Nutshell data directly in Outlook. Choose Exchange if you use on-premises servers; choose Outlook if you’re on Office 365.
