Contact information syncs between platforms when SMS messages are sent or received. Phone numbers, names, and notes are logged automatically. When you send a Textmagic SMS from a Nutshell lead, the message is recorded as an activity on that lead’s timeline for complete communication tracking.

Nope! The Textmagic integration is free with all Nutshell plans. You only pay for your separate Textmagic account based on your messaging volume. Textmagic charges $0.049 per SMS message with no monthly subscription fee—just pay for what you send.
