How do I get started with Nutshell Chat and the Engagement bar?

You’ll find the Engagement bar built into your existing Nutshell Chat settings. Head to Engagement > Setup to manage your Engagement bar settings. Once enabled and customized, it will automatically appear on your website as part of your Nutshell Chat widget.
