Customize Even More About Your Scheduler Meetings

With Scheduler, you can manage bookings with prospects and clients directly from inside Nutshell. And with recently launched features, your team can customize your Scheduler bookings even more to offer a seamless, professional booking experience to your contacts.
These new features are available on Sales Business and Sales Enterprise plans. Learn more about our recently released Scheduler features below:
What’s new in Scheduler?

New features in Scheduler include:
Customize your meeting page links
Personalize your main and individual meeting pages with your name to create a more distinct URL and memorable booking experience. If your company has configured a custom domain, you can also host the meeting pages from that domain.
Add your company logo to meeting pages
Boost brand recognition and offer a professional booking experience by adding your company’s logo to your meeting pages. You can toggle on the company logo for your Scheduler meetings, ensuring the pages reflect your business and brand.
Include your avatar on meeting pages
Make your meeting pages your own—and show attendees who they’ll be meeting with. Add your Nutshell avatar to both your main and individual meeting pages to give them a consistent feel.
Enable secret meetings
Have a confidential or internal meeting you’d like to keep off your public meeting page? Hide the meeting from your public page to keep it confidential. Then you can share the link with only specific invitees.
How do I access these features?
If your company has a Sales Business or Sales Enterprise plan, go to your Scheduler page in Nutshell to start personalizing your booking pages, add your avatar, and more.
For those with a Sales Pro plan or below, take advantage of these and other Scheduler features (like round-robin meetings, removed Nutshell branding, and hosting Scheduler pages on custom domains) by upgrading on your billing page.

1. What Nutshell plan do I need to access Scheduler customization features?
Nutshell Pro includes the lite version of Scheduler with basic meeting scheduling. To unlock full customization—including custom domains, custom meeting URLs, private meetings, company logo and avatar uploads, and no Nutshell branding—you’ll need Sales Business or Enterprise plans.

2. How do I add my company logo and avatar to my Scheduler pages?
Your company logo comes from Settings > Administration > General, where an admin can upload it. Your avatar comes from Settings > Your settings > Profile. Once uploaded, toggle them on in your Scheduler settings to display them on your meeting pages.

3. How do I customize my Scheduler meeting page URL?
Click the ‘Customize’ button on your meeting page. Select your domain from the dropdown (custom domains appear if configured). Add your custom slug using up to 30 alphanumeric characters or dashes, then hit Save. Your personalized URL is ready to share.

4. How do I set up a custom domain for my Nutshell Scheduler?
Go to Marketing > Domains and click ‘Add a domain.’ Nutshell uses Entri to configure your domain in a few clicks. Enter your domain name, connect your DNS provider account, and your records will activate within 10-20 minutes.

5. How do I create a private meeting link that’s hidden from my public Scheduler page?
Click the three-dot menu on your meeting card and select ‘Hide from page,’ or uncheck ‘Show on your public meeting list’ in your meeting settings. The meeting stays bookable via its direct link but won’t appear on your main page—perfect for confidential meetings.
