You’ll find the new chat intake option when customizing your Web chat intake or offline form. Instead of showing all fields at once, you can choose to ask questions one by one in a conversational flow. Visitors can respond naturally, just like they would in any chat.
You can enable conversational intake with a single click, add a custom greeting to introduce the form, and decide whether to use the same format when your team is offline. You can also switch between standard and conversational modes anytime—no redesign needed.
The data you collect—like name, email, and phone number—flows straight into Nutshell so your team can pick up the conversation right inside your CRM.
