We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear—and we’ve been hard at work rethinking two of the most important areas in Nutshell: your Company and Person pages.
The result? A cleaner, more flexible experience that helps you stay organized, move faster, and manage real-world relationships with ease.
Here’s what’s new:
- Former relationships: Keep track of relationship changes by marking people and companies as “former” instead of deleting them altogether.
- Former values: Mark outdated phone numbers, emails, and locations as ‘former’ for more complete contact records.
- Customizable appearance: Our new widget-based layout lets you configure your Company and People pages according to your workflow.
- Updated design: We refreshed Company and People pages with a modern, intuitive design that makes it faster and easier to find what you need.

Relationships that reflect reality

With the new “former” relationship fields, you can now:
- Mark companies or people as former instead of removing them
- Keep your data clean without losing historical context

Former relationships live in their own dedicated space, so your current view stays focused—while your history stays intact.

With former values, you can now mark things like:
