What are multi-page forms?
Multi-page forms are an expansion of Nutshell Forms that lets you organize your form fields across multiple pages, presenting one section at a time as respondents work through the form.
Each page can stand on its own or connect to the next based on how a respondent answers—giving you a smarter, more flexible way to collect lead and customer data.

Multi-page forms give you more control over how you structure and present your forms. Here’s what’s new.
Organize fields across pages

Break your form into logical sections so respondents focus on one set of questions at a time, making the experience feel more intuitive and less overwhelming.
Set page-level branching
Define how each page should behave once it’s completed—whether it advances to the next page, jumps to a specific page, or submits the form.
Guide respondents with conditional logic

Use dropdown or radio field answers to determine where a respondent goes next. Send one segment down one path and another down a completely different one, all within the same form.
