At Nutshell, we use PartnerStack, a partnership management platform, to run our partner program. In this guide, we’ll explain what PartnerStack is, why we use it, and how it works.

PartnerStack is the partnership management software we use to run our partner program. When signing up for our partner program, you will create a PartnerStack account if you don’t already have one. Once approved, you can use PartnerStack to generate tracking links, access resources, and report on your clicks, referrals, and earnings.
PartnerStack provides a central location for managing everything related to your partnership with Nutshell. It also automates various elements of the partnership process, including tracking clicks, leads, and conversions and sending payouts.

To start earning commissions, you’ll need to share your tracking links with potential Nutshell customers. You can either send your links directly to people you want to refer or share your links on your website or via channels such as email, YouTube, and social media.
When your audience clicks on these links and signs up for Nutshell, you’ll automatically receive credit for the conversions.
You can find links to share on your program Links tab or your program Summary page in your PartnerStack account. To get to these pages, click on Nutshell on your main dashboard. Then either select ‘Links’ in the sidebar or scroll down the Nutshell Summary page to the ‘Your referral link’ section.
To share a tracking link with your audience, select a link, click copy, and then paste the link into the desired location on your website or in your content.

Through Nutshell’s partner program, when someone you refer to Nutshell through your unique tracking link purchases a Nutshell subscription, you’ll receive a commission on the total cost of that customer’s subscription for their first year as a customer.
Commissions are calculated based on a percentage of referrals’ total subscription purchases. To determine your commission percentage, click on Nutshell’s program in your PartnerStack account. Then, on the summary page, scroll down to the ‘Offers’ section.
To view and withdraw your commissions, click on ‘Commissions’ in the menu at the top of the page in PartnerStack. On this page, under ‘Available Funds,’ you will see commissions that are available for withdrawal for all programs you participate in through PartnerStack. You will see pending commissions under ‘Projected earnings.’
If you have funds available and you have connected a payment provider, you will see a ‘Withdraw funds’ button. Simply click this button to withdraw funds via the payment method you provided.
Commissions are available for withdrawal approximately one to two months from the date your referral makes a purchase. Pending commissions from the previous month are processed during the first two weeks of the month and are typically available for withdrawal around the start of the third week of the month.
All of your activity and commission details can be viewed in your PartnerStack dashboard.
