SMS marketing is available to users with a Marketing Pro license. It requires a one-time enrollment to set up your brand, SMS phone number, and more.

    Getting started requires a Marketing Pro subscription ($49/month for your company) and a one-time enrollment process. You’ll register your brand, provide campaign details, and select a local phone number. Approval typically takes 1-14 days, then you can start sending campaigns.

  • 5. How much do SMS messages cost in Nutshell?

    Marketing Pro includes 150 SMS credits per month for your entire company. Additional messages can be purchased in packs starting at 250 credits for $15/month (up to 10,000). Each outbound message uses one credit, and credits don’t roll over month-to-month.

  • 6. What’s the difference between SMS Marketing and Nutshell’s one-to-one SMS?

    SMS Marketing (Marketing Pro) sends bulk broadcasts and automated drip sequences to audiences for campaigns. One-to-one SMS (Engagement Pro, $16/user/month) enables personal, two-way text conversations with individual contacts. Both features can work together and share the same company-wide credit pool.
