Nutshell’s #5 ranking placed us ahead of such well-known heavy hitters as HubSpot CRM (#6), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (#8), Insightly (#10), Freshsales (#11), Zendesk Sell (#12), Less Annoying CRM (#13), Salesforce Sales Cloud (#17), and SugarCRM (#18).
