With a customer success and product marketing background, Ashanté is currently a Customer Advocacy Specialist (Marketing) at Beamery. Before that, she was part of the Nutshell family in the role of Product Marketing Specialist. Ashanté’s insight into SaaS products from the customer perspective gives her a deeper understanding of the user’s needs and how best to help them adopt the software they need to succeed.
