Kevin Randolph is a Partnerships and Outreach Specialist at Nutshell, where he builds relationships with industry partners while helping businesses understand how CRM and effective marketing strategies drive growth. Since joining Nutshell in December 2022, Kevin has combined his marketing expertise with his understanding of CRM systems to create value for customers and partners alike. In his current role, he identifies collaboration opportunities that help businesses succeed, while drawing on his deep knowledge of how marketing, sales, and customer relationship management intersect.

Kevin’s well-rounded perspective comes from over seven years in digital marketing. At WebFX, he spent more than four years as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Copywriter, managing campaigns across content marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing for B2B, B2C, and eCommerce clients. This diverse experience taught him that sustainable business growth requires more than just effective marketing tactics—it demands systems and processes that connect marketing efforts with sales and customer success. That’s where CRM becomes essential, and it’s a lesson that informs both his partnership work and his content at Nutshell.

Kevin understands that the businesses getting ahead are those that align their marketing strategy with their CRM capabilities. Whether he’s helping partners understand Nutshell’s value or creating content about growth strategies, he brings this integrated perspective to everything he does—showing how the right combination of tools, partnerships, and processes can help companies reach their goals.

Kevin holds a BA in Mass Communications and Languages & Cultures from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Outside of work, he enjoys playing bass guitar, hiking, and discovering new music.
