Before joining Nutshell in January 2024, Sam worked as a Copywriter at WebFX, where she crafted targeted SEO copy for diverse clients. Her content marketing journey began in 2020, when she pivoted to specialize in keyword research, SEO strategy, and high-converting copywriting. Today, Sam combines her sales operations background with content marketing expertise to help SMBs and growing teams understand that a CRM isn’t just software. It’s the central nervous system of a business.
