Scheduler, Nutshell’s built-in meeting scheduling tool, now supports the ability to schedule round-robin meetings, in addition to solo and co-hosted meetings. Round-robin scheduling allows you to maximize your team’s availability to book more appointments and meet with more leads.
Round-robin assignment allows you to assign a specific team to a Scheduler meeting and automatically rotate meeting assignments between team members based on who is available. That way, instead of a meeting attendee having to wait for one team member who isn’t available at their preferred time slot, they can meet right away with someone who is.
Round-robin lets you set and forget your Scheduler availability and keep the bookings rolling in!
Round-robin scheduling is available in the full version of Scheduler, which is included in our Business and Enterprise CRM plans. Scheduler Lite, which does not include round-robin assignments, is included for Pro CRM customers.
