This spring is bringing big updates across all three Nutshell Suites, designed to streamline your team’s sales process, make your marketing efforts more effective, and enhance your engagement strategies.

Nutshell Sales 

AI Agents

AI agents in Nutshell CRM

With AI Agents, you can chat with an agent specifically trained on Nutshell and deep sales expertise. You’ll get immediate, actionable and personalized suggestions for questions about improving your sales process based on lead behavior, enhancing your email marketing templates based on email activity and more. Agents include:

  • Sales process designer: Create & review your goals, tasks and automations to accelerate sales.
  • Email sequence writer: Get inspired and compose messages that get replies.
  • Lead research agent: Get immediate information using Nutshell’s IQ databases & web research, to help fill in the blanks and best win each lead.

Scheduler managed events

Admins in your Nutshell account will be able to create Scheduler meetings and distribute them to their sales team, plus manage team meetings more effectively. Do you want each of your reps to have the same meeting event and do you want the ability to edit those all at once? With managed events, you can do just that!

Activity report expansion

We’re making Nutshell’s activity report even more powerful: 

  • The activity report will include AI summarizations and transcriptions from click-to-call and video call integrations, so you can use those features in your reporting.
  • New Engagement activities (such as Chat threads, SMS threads, and others) will also be added, giving you insight into your team’s activities in the Engagement Suite.

Task report 🆕

We’re creating a new task report to help you understand how effective your team is in completing automated sales tasks. The report will also improve the task management experience for sales reps, allowing them to sort and filter their assigned tasks from the Sales dashboard in a more flexible way. 

Google Meet integration

A powerful Google Meet integration is coming to Nutshell. This integration will match the functionality of the Zoom integration, enabling your team to automatically log and summarize all your Google Meet activities in Nutshell.

Nutshell Quotes is gaining the ability to create invoices as well!

Product import and export

Bringing all your companies’ products into Nutshell? Soon you’ll be able to import a CSV of your product list, saving time you would have spent on manual input and ensuring fields map accurately. You can also use this feature to update the pricing of your existing product catalog.

Activity dialog redesign 

The activity dialog is also getting several enhancements to improve the experience of scheduling and logging activities from Company, People and Lead pages.

Nutshell Marketing 

Form tagging 

With form tagging, you’ll be able to connect responses to Nutshell forms with products, competitors, sources or tags for easier organization and better insights into form responses. Automatically create leads with the appropriate sources & products, based on how forms are filled.

Marketing automation

As Nutshell expands its marketing capabilities, we’re looking for new ways to help your marketing team streamline their workflows and gather more insights from their email campaigns, text message marketing, form submissions and more. We’ll launch new features in the Marketing Suite to improve your marketing automation system.

For instance, you’ll be able to add a specific tag to a person, or add them to a specific audience, based on a specific answer within the form and not just based on the form itself. Want to send a different email drip based on a specific form answer? You’ll be able to do that and more!

Email preference center 

The new email preference center will give your team tools for managing email subscriber communication preferences and enable you to resubscribe contacts to audiences when needed.

Nutshell Engagement  

WhatsApp integration

A WhatsApp integration is coming soon to the Engagement Suite, joining Facebook Messenger and Instagram integrations that allow your team to view, manage, and respond to chat threads on these platforms from inside Nutshell. You’ll be able to set inbound message assignment rules as well, ensuring that messages get a timely response.

Conversational forms

Want to collect specific information from website visitors in your Chat conversations? We’ve found that a chat dialog captures far more leads than a typical contact form. 

This update brings the ability to collect form data from a conversation via chat. The chatbot will collect data that would be requested through a form, then fill out the form with the information provided in the chat.  

Scheduler integration in Chat

Sync Scheduler in Web chat

Want to make it even easier for website visitors to book a meeting with your team? You’ll be able to add your Scheduler to Chat so that a visitor can select a meeting, pick a date and time and input their contact info, automatically booking an appointment with you.
