Leverage text messaging in your lead and customer interactions with SMS capabilities in Nutshell. With Text messaging, teams will be able to hold text message conversations with leads and customers from inside Nutshell. You’ll also be able to incorporate text messages into your sales automation.
Text messaging is moving to beta testing and will launch within a few weeks.
With Web chat, Nutshell’s customer relationship management features are growing into your website. Web chat will give your visitors the chance to start a conversation with your team right from a chat bubble on your website, giving you a more holistic view of all your customer interactions.
Simplify cold outreach with a powerful prospecting tool you can use right inside Nutshell! Prospector will find rich data about the people who match your ideal customer profile, then let you add them to Nutshell to start reaching out, building a relationship, and generating new leads.
As Nutshell has enhanced your CRM capabilities with marketing features like Email marketing, Landing pages, Analytics, forms, and more, we’ve realized the need for a better way to organize and manage your marketing efforts.
With the new marketing dashboard in Nutshell, your team will have better visibility into all your marketing campaigns and channels in Nutshell, so you can market—and sell—more effectively.
Nutshell forms currently only supports one address field, but you’ll soon have the flexibility to break up address fields into city, state, street, and zip code for submitters.
Our JSON-RPC APIs are used by many customers to connect to other systems. Internally, we’ve been using REST and GraphQL APIs for several years, and we’re preparing to open up those APIs to allow you to integrate with Nutshell in dozens of new ways!
