In addition to the Grid® Report, G2 Crowd released four separate Index rankings, comparing dozens of leading CRM solutions based on individual criteria. Nutshell ranked among the top ten CRMs in all four categories (more on that below), and beat out Salesforce, Insightly, HubSpot, and Zoho in every single one.

– #7 for Implementation, which measures ease of setup, implementation time, and user adoption. These have always been enormously important metrics for us because they’re so closely tied to CRM success, and it’s very rewarding to see that CRM users have taken notice. Nutshell’s ranking put us ahead of a number of big-name solutions, including Base (#8), Copper (#9), Insightly (#11), HubSpot (#13), Zoho (#16), and Salesforce (#38).
– #8 for Relationship, which measures how easy we are to do business with, our customers’ likelihood of recommending us to others, and our quality of support. Nutshell’s people-focused approach put us ahead of Pipedrive (#9), HubSpot (#11), Insightly (#16), Salesforce (#21), and Zoho (#41).
– #9 for Results, which takes into account factors like estimated ROI and how well the software meets users’ requirements. In other words, does it deliver what it promises? Nutshell’s score put us ahead of Base (#10), HubSpot (#14), Insightly (#17), Zoho (#25), and Salesforce (#27) in this category.
– #9 for Usability, which measures ease of use and ease of administration, among other important factors. Nutshell’s user-friendliness and intuitive design put us ahead of Base (#10), HubSpot (#14), Insightly (#19), Salesforce (#23), and Zoho (#30).
